We are pleased to announce that the University of Siedlce (Centre for Polish Language and Culture) is among the winners of the competition announced by the Institute for the Development of the Polish Language: Comprehensive support for Polish and Polish education abroad.
The aim of our project is to support activities aimed at improving the qualifications of Polish and Polish teachers abroad. We will be implementing an intensive Polish language and methodological course for teachers from the Saturday School in Walsall named after the Polish Air Force in Birmingham, Great Britain. Classes will be conducted in three thematic blocks, online: a language block concerning contemporary Polish; a Polish language block concerning contemporary Polish literature and culture; and a methodological block related to teaching Polish as a foreign language.The project coordinator and the person substantively responsible for its implementation is prof.
