The X Polish Language Summer Camp in Zamlynie, Ukraine
Centre for Polish Language and Culture organize the X Polish Language Summer Camp for General Consulate of the Republic of Poland in Łuck.
On August 1-12, 2021. children and youth from the Tarnopol and Rivne regions took part in the 10th Polish Summer School in Zamłyń. Teachers of the Polish Language and Culture Center (UPH in Siedlce) conducted classes for them every day. The participants of the School not only learned the language, history and geography of Poland, but also played integration games organized by animators - students from Poland. Moreover, they rode horses and rested on the picturesque Świtaź Lake. The participants remembered a talent contest, during which everyone could show their unique abilities. Students sang Polish songs, played various musical instruments, recited poems, and also danced and showed tricks.
The 10th Summer School of Polish Language in Zamłyń officially ended with a gala concert, during which the Consul General of the Republic of Poland in Łuck Sławomir Misiak handed diplomas to all participants of the School, and the students and teachers prepared an evening program for the audience. The winners of the competitions and the most active students received material prizes.
As part of the Summer School, students also visited interesting places in Volhynia and Rówieńszczyzna related to Polish history.
